Recent scientific studies have shown that delivery of a high amount of antioxidants immediately after training and during the post training period builds more muscle mass.
Whilst whey protein does build great muscle tissue, whey and a soy isolate like Mega Soy has the potential to build more muscle mass, through better muscle recovery.

Servings: Lots! There is no specific serving size. We recommend 2 table-spoonfuls per sitting. Based on this (and the size of your spoon!) you will get around 100-150 servings per 5kg.
How to take: Mix 1-3 spoonfuls added to water, milk, juice or yoghurt during the day. Add the product, mix with a fork or ideally in a Shaker, leave for 1-2 minutes, then drink.
Will last for: 3+ months for an average athlete.
