Ingredients:
Cross flow microlfiltered whey protein isolate 85% protein based on dry matter, flavour nature identical, sweetener cyclamate, glutamine.
Directions:
Add 3 heaped dessertspoons 40g to a small amount of water. Make a paste, then dilute. For a quicker, creamier drink use a blender or shake in a screw topped jar. Powder should be stored in a cool dry place.

Tried the Vanilla flavour and I can honestly say I've never had a worst tasting protein shake ever!! It tasts very 'false' and has put me off getting this again.Value Quality Price
On the plus side it is excellent value especially with the creatine.

I feel if anyone should write a review for this product it should be me as I have 4 5kg banana flovour nutisport isolates in my garage and have used about another 10 in the last year. As you can imagine I really rate this stuff, as it's the best for value, taste & stats on it as well as other products I've gained 15kgs on my bench this year with the muscle I've put on.
