The big concern in Jack3d is that it contains 1,3 dimethylamylamine. This is also known as DMAA or Germanamine, and it’s based off of germanium extract (for more information, see the Jack3d Ingredients page).
While 1,3 dimethylamylamine is completely legal, it behaves like a very mild amphetamine in your body. Rumors have been circling Internet discussion forums that Jack3d has caused false positives for amphetamines during drug tests. These statements are nothing but RUMORS. It is simply FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) being spread around from competitive supplement company reps who are worried about USPLabs’ explosive growth.
1,3 Dimethylamylamine doesn’t convert into a amphetamine metabolite, and there are no accidentally-mixed amphetamines whatsoever in Jack3d.

Value Quality Price Tried several products like this, however you can't beat Jack3d. It really does exactly what it says. Some pre-workout supplements leave you with a sickly feeling, this one does not. Doesn't need lots of water for mixing and gets going very quickly. Really gives that extra push which helps.

Value Quality Price I've used several different pre-workout, but I am not sure if this one is better..
I've used NO-Xplode, and that used to get my absolutely nutty before a workout.
This seems to get me energised.. not so much of the face tingly feeling (which is good). But i don't seem to be lifting any better (I'm currently on a cut, and can't lift as much as when i was bulking). Might just need to get a bigger dosage in. It does make you want to work hard in the gym though i'll give it that much!
With most pre workouts it seems to make you more dedicated to start your workout, so its great just for that respect. I was definitely energised for the whole workout. (Posted on 08/05/2012) - It really works Review by Chris

Value Quality Price Tried some other pre-workout products with mixed results. This doesn't provide the 'buzz' that some seem to but it really does seem to make a difference in the gym. I've been lifting more and training harder since I started using this. I don't have problems sleeping after - which I have with some (I tend to workout in the evening). Price Value Quality I have tried a couple of other pre workouts but this beats them hands down, it's very strong and I feel like I have more energy not just in the mind.

Value Quality Price Pretty amazing stuff, randomly came across some reviews and hype, did a little research and took the plunge. Considering the price this is awesome stuff.
Stick to the instructions though. Most stimulents haven't had a great affect on me so I tried 2 scoops (max in 24hrs is 3) and it definately had an affect on me.

Value Quality Price after using no-x and superpump i was left feeling like they only provided massive sugar rushes to make me feel buzzed.
i have just finished 6 weeks of using jack3d, and it is simply awesome. it doesnt make you as angry as a dog being stung by a wasp like no-x does, instead it just makes you focus on what you want to do. absolutely stunning product.
and to be quite honest, take it half an hour or so before you wanna treat your lady to a good night-helps with focus and stamina there ;-)

There there shouldn't be a problem taking both together. Jack3d is more a pre-workout stimulant where as the testosterone booster will aid muscle growth.
