Price Value Quality A delicious bar to supplement your amount of nutritive meals.
I prefer the berry one, tried the apple before, the percentage of sugar is the same, but the apple flavour is sweeter and if you have sensitive teeth probably the berry option sounds better!
However, the average chocolate bar is twice as sweet, which makes it difficult for me to serve without milk or water, not the case here with these flapjacks.
