From a male perspective, the lignans in LinumLife modulates testosterone metabolism. Specifically, LinumLife inhibits the creation of dihydrotestosterone (DHT); a potent form of the male hormone testosterone. DHT plays a negative role in many different mechanisms in the body, including prostate growth, skin oiliness and hair loss.
From a female perspective, the lignans are scientifically indicated to modulate estrogen levels. During menopause, the estrogen levels naturally decrease, which leads to symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia, mood swings and reduced bone-mineral density.
