Directions for use	Mix 50g (approximately two level 60ml measures*) with 350ml water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender. Consume 2 servings per day as part of a balanced calorie restricted diet and exercise regime recommended use based on a 75kg male. ***a measuring scoop is included with this product but may settle to the bottom during transit.

  This product can be used as a weight loss aid. It contains CLA and green tea extract which research has shown to help decrease fat stores. Fat burner is the wrong term really as this term is more commonly associated with thermogenic pills such as grenade and hydroxycut hardcore pro series

  This protein can be used as part of a meal replacement routine but if you find that you feeling tired, then it is advisable to move to a more dedicated meal replacement that contains more vitamins and minerals, such as cnp Pro MR or Sci-MX Pro Plex.

  Lactose is in the "contains .." part of the ingredients so I would imagine it is higher than some shakes that are lactose free. Muscle milk is a lactose free protein shake, but doesn't contain ingredients such as cla or green tea.
