Bought my first set of these last month. Really didn't enjoy my first one (i was expecting it to be like the free ones i got with my last Exp Nutrition order!) but after that they grew on me a bit! I do eat them for there nutrients rather than for pleasure but for what they are you get a good bit of protein and carbs with low sugar and fats! For a quick simple snack in the afternoon i would highly recommend and they will help keep hunger away until your next meal! (Posted on 30/03/2010)
