Window 4 Before bed use 5 - 10 grams of PhD L-Glutamine stirred into 550ml of ice cold water.
How to mix when mixing PhD L-Glutamine in ice cold water, simply add the desired serving size into the recommended amount of water see directions for use above and stir for approximately 10 seconds.
