Price Value Quality I have also been a fan of the reflex range for some time now so thought i would give this a go. At first did not like the taste at all but with a bit of tinkering found a mix that worked for me-i prefer it a bit thiner so use about 500-600ml of water with 4 scoops-i find this goes down a lot easier. By the end of my first bag i had got used to the taste and am now onto my 8th bag. Am the heaviest i've ever been so i would have to say this stuff works! Impressed - Not great Review by Simon

Price Value Quality Used this for a while as a break from stacking the basic ingredients in this all in one...
Overall not a great result and not sure worth the money.
Have tried a few all in ones and using Maximuscle Cyclone to the reccomended doseage gave the best overall results. - Overall the best Review by simsony

Price Value Quality I have been searching for a good comprehensive all-in-one, and this one I have so far found to be the best. As a hard gainer, this is a god send.
Although the taste is not the best, it is quite good. Instead of using sugar, cheap carbs, and processed/fractionated stuff, they have gone for the better quality stuff, and so the taste suffers a bit vs other sugary brands.
Also has creatine, glutamine, etc, a good value all-rounder. You shouldn't just look at the taste. I've also found that my recovery is better with this one.

Price Value Quality top quality product. ive pushed up to 26 stone now and 3 weeks ago I was only 24.5. best product ive been on for a long time. Price Value Quality I really like the Reflex range, but this is just far to thick. They recommend 4 scoops per serving, but even 3 is like trying to drink a think paste. The taste isnt awful, but its not good. The texture of the drink is the biggest let down. Having to down a serving is hard work and it sits hard on the stomach after. Ive resorted to 2.5 scoops per serving. Aside from this product, I find Reflex to be great.

| Directions for use | Mix 145g (approximately four and a half level 60ml measures****) with 400ml water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender. Take one serving mid morning between meals and one serving after your workout. On non training days take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals. Do not exceed the stated dose. |
