Used this now for 3 weeks and absolutely love it. Taking it 60-90 minutes pre-work out and immediately post work out, and I am lifting 10%-15% more and developing more quickly than ever. You definitely notice the difference in muscle size and tone, and it also doesn't leave you feeling bloated or with an upset stomach. I got the strawberry flavour, and it is sweet but I personally prefer that, also it is a good consistency and easy to drink when mixed with water. DEFINITELY try this, even if only a small tub! Initially when I first purchased this it was much cheaper than it is now. I loved the product and I found that it was very effective. I purchases a few tubs of this and all come with Muscletech tees which are good to hit the gym in. The taste is very good so no problems with that. Only problem I have is the price it is being sold at on here if that was reduced a bit I am sure it would blow away the competition. Many thanks for your query.
Like any Protein Whey, Muscletech Nitrotech Hardcore, if used properly, can be extremely effective for burning body fat. A high protein diet will help you to build lean muscle mass and exercise more effectively. Plus, protein is great at filling you up, but can not be converted readily into fat by your body, so you can diet without going hungry (hence the popularity of high protein diets like Atkins).
One thing to be aware of though, Nitrotech Hardcore does contain some Creatine, which may in some cases lead to a degree of water retention in people (a tiny amount though), which isn't always ideal if you're trying to lose weight. There are plenty of other protein wheys available that have no added Creatine if you are concerned about potential water retention, but to be honest, the fat-burning advantages of Nitrotech Hardcore far outweight this one issue.

i work out 1 hr a day and 4-5 days a week.

The creatine in the Nitroech shouldn't give you extra flab around your stomach. It should help[ boost any muscle growth. If you want to see some real results and you are not taking any other creatine supplement, we would advise the Nitrotech over the ON due to the extra ingredients in the nitrotech.
