These really work! As long as you eat well, train regularly you will see big results. My recommendation would be to drink a lot of water while taking them and you will see the fat stripping off you quickly! (Posted on 28/02/2011)

The product defiantly does do what it says on the tin, I found the second tub is usually when the benefit is easily noticeable by yourself and others. It is a tiny bit more expensive than other products. It will require you to drink more water than you normally do per day and I would advise sticking to the instructions. Good named brand too so no quality issues. A Good product once again by Muscletech (Posted on 10/12/2010)

Ive tried hydroxycut hardcore X, still not sure if as good as hydroxycut hardcore before it was taken off the shelf as being a risk to ones health, that worked 150% stripping my body fat like never before, but I'd still like to give it a chance, unless anyone knows any different ?? The first 120 caps seemed to be having an effect, now i'm halfway thru the 2nd 120 and it's noticable. Really notice the increase in body temperature though and drinking twice the water I was previously, and with the recommended dose it's an expensive method, but worth the money. Directions for use	Take 1 serving (3 capsules) with 8oz of water twice a day, around 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. On a workout day, be sure to take one of your two servings before the workout. Be sure to read the entire label before use and always follow the manufacturer's directions. Do not take more than three capsules in a four hour period (or six capsules within a 24-hour period). Avoid taking within five hours of bedtime. Drink at least four pints of water a day to keep your body healthy and hydrated.
