Directions for use
For use as a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with a glass of water up to twice a day, around 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. On a workout day, be sure to take one of your two servings before the workout. Be sure to read the entire label before use and always follow the manufacturer’s directions. Do not take more than three capsules in a four hour period (or six capsules within a 24-hour period). Avoid taking within five hours of bedtime. Drink at least four pints of water a day to keep your body healthy and hydrated. As with any supplement, for maximum results, use this product in conjunction with an intensive exercise program and a healthy, balanced diet.
