Directions:
As a dietary supplement, add 3 rounded scoops to 500-600ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 1 to 2 servings daily (servings may be halved).

the ingredients in here are all proportionally what you would want in an all in one.Price Value Quality
i would say that 3 scoops in one serving is a bit too much protein and carbs, but pw shake it would be perfect. ( as always tailor to you diet needs)
after a year out of the gym, i took this, the 3 scoops split between two doses a day and i averaged 1kg of good mass per week for about 10 weeks.
chocolate flavour makes u want to drink another shake after you finish.
