After an intense training session, Maximuscle Cyclone helps to accelerate muscle refuelling by aiding the recovery of your glycogen stores more quickly and efficiently than if you relied on carbohydrates alone. The powerful combination of Biomax whey, creatine monohydrate, glutamine and Suma extract, combined with Maximuscle's own creatine and glutamine absorption system, means everything your tired muscles need is in the right place, at the right time:

You'd be forgiven for assuming that cramming so many compounds into a single supplement is liable to leave you bloated and flatulent, but you'd be wrong. Lactose, the sugar found in milk (and therefore found in many whey proteins) is known to be the guilty culprit when it comes to wind. But the Biomax whey protein found in Maximuscle Cyclone is virtually lactose free (to the extent that it's suitable for lactose intolerant individuals). Equally absent are low grade proteins like casein and soya protein, which are also known to cause stomach upsets.

Each 1.2kg tub contains 20 servings of 60g (one and a half scoops of powder). Each serving contains:

Directions for use
Add one and a half scoops (60g) of Cyclone to approximately 400ml of water and mix well (using a shaker or a fork). Cyclone has been specially designed to mix quickly and easily with water, without the need for a blender. However, be sure to drink your shake within 5 minutes of first mixing. For maximum effect, drink two shakes per day (3 scoops daily) – one in the morning and the other after training or later in the afternoon. As with any supplement, for best results, use this product in conjunction with an intensive exercise program and a healthy, balanced diet.

have yet to buy this product from explosive nutrition purely for the fact that money matters.
i used this when bulking a year or so ago and the results were brilliant. high quality protein and the mix of creatine really help when pushing out that extra rep, have to say i didn't really mind the taste either.
however for a months supply your looking to buy at least two tubs which soon adds up and as always there are cheaper alternatives.
