Price Value Quality Have been taking these for a few weeks now. You can definitely feel the effects right away in terms of achieving the pump quite early on during a weight session, as well as sweating a lot more.
Started out by taking 1 tablet twice a day to get use to it, which I think is important as this is really strong stuff. Have now upped to 2 tablets twice a day and have gone from 21.4% bodyfat to 20.7% in only 7 days. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to cut and defined. Value Quality Price very good product, worked welland saw results. my only concern was when taking them whilst training i experienced rapid heart beat, shortness of breath and one weight session i did i even felt sick. so i would not recommend them before a workout but any other time, no problems. Many thanks for your enquiry.
Grenade does not contain any banned substances, so there is no reason why it would cause you to fail a drugs test. The only ingredient that you would need to watch out for is caffeine, as some sporting bodies do test for this. Each serving of Grenade contains 225mg of caffeine. The IOC (International Olympic Committee) guidelines on testing indicate that you'd need to have at least 1000mg of caffeine in your system to fail a test. So, unless you're exceeding the recommended dose, or drinking a lot of coffee at the same time, it's unlikely that Grenade would push you over this limit!

Thanks for your query - there are no banned or illegal substances in Grenade caps. Each cap contains green tea, bitter orange peel, caffeine, cayenne, phenylalanine and green coffee. None of these items would make you fail a standard drugs test.
The only people who do need to be cautious when using this product are tested athletes, as in these cases, the concentration of caffeine in your blood stream is measured. If you're a tested athlete, then you would need to consult your specific sports federation.

Grenade contains a lot of legal stimulant style ingredients such as Caffeine. If you do not tolerate caffeine very well then it could cause you to get jittery.
