I will be buying this again. I don't think there's better out there for the price and the results certainly speak for themselves, I feel stronger and am clearly more defined. Each flavour is quite sweet although still easy to drink, I recommend the strawberry one. (Posted on 11/07/2010)

Tried this due to the reviews i've seen, and for once seeing some really good reps. i take it 1hr before my work out and no less than 10min after workout is done. A bottle of water and ice and a container of choc cookie One 40 in my gym bag, a good mix and as im getting the feel of my body back a good tasting shake doing its job. (Posted on 22/06/2010)

This is one awesome product i bought a months supply but after only 2 weeks of taking this i feel stronger look bigger and recover faster, the flavours are like marmite you either love them or hate them my favs are choc fudge and strawberry i would recommend this product 100% its well worth the money. I HAVE JUST RECEVED A SAMPLE OF THIS PRODUCT AND FIRST IMPRESIONS ARE…….. THIS IS ONE THICK AND FILLING SHAKE.I TOOK THIS 1 HOUR BEFORE WORKING OUT AND I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW MUCH POWER I HAD FROM JUST ONE 75G SERVING AND MY RECOVERY WAS HALFED , THE FLAVOUR WELL EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT I FOUND IT TO BE HEAVY WITH A METALIC AFTER TASTE BUT MY WIFE SAID IT TASETED LIKE ICE CREAM SO EACH TO THERE OWN ON THAT ONE. I WILL BE PURCHASING A MONTHS SUPPLY OF THIS AND ACCORDING TO GARNELL I SHOULD SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN 6 WEEKS SO I WILL REPOST AFTER I HAVE DONE MY FIRST MONTH WITH THE RESULTS. some days i can be a bit lazy with my nutrition and find an all-in-one the easiest way to ensure i get everything i need.

unlike a lot of other similar products, mixes well and tastes good with water. My favourite is strawberry, tastes like cheap ice cream
