| Directions for use | Add three level scoops to 16 oz. of water or 3 heaped scoops to 24 oz. of milk. Blend for 20 seconds, or until evenly dispersed. The times per day really depends on your goal. As a general rule it would be best to take at least once per day, then on training days take once again after training. If you are really serious about bulking up or have trouble keeping the muscle on, then move up to taking two servings per day and a third on training days just after workout.
