Creatine Powder 600gCreatine is the natural energy source for muscle contraction during high intensity training. There is only enough ATP in the muscle to sustain activity for a fraction of a second. Creatine replaces the ATP which has been used up during muscle contraction, to allow prolonged intense activity. Energy from food is carried within the muscles by creatine itself forming an effective biological energy, transfer system. It is not a drug and is used and endorsed by many top Olympic and other athletes.
DIRECTIONS: Take the loading dose 8 grams or 2 heaped teaspoons for 7 days, then switch to the maintenance dose 4 grams or 1 heaped teaspoon thereafter.
Dissolve in hot water.

Yes you can definitely mix this with a protein drink if you'd prefer to do that. Try to consume both your protein and creatine with a one hour period following exercise - this is when your body will be most receptive to these compounds.
