Introduction
Terms and conditions are usually complicated, confusing and written in legalese. We’ve tried to make ours as easy to understand as possible so you know where you stand with Explosive Nutrition aka StormForward Retail Ltd - all part of providing you a great service.
The Terms and Conditions
http://www.explosivenutrition.co.uk/ ("the Website") is owned and operated by StormForward Retail Ltd ("we", "us", and "the Company") an English limited company with company number 06894592 and VAT number 945 6471 92. Our registered address is Bramshott Chase House, Bramshott Chase, Hindhead, Surrey, GU26 6DG.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and it is advisable for you to read through them each time you use the site.
Placing an order
When placing an order you warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card or the Paypal account used when placing your order and that there are sufficient funds to pay the full order value.
In particular, you must provide us with a true email address and a true phone number so we are able to contact you about your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order automatically if the email address bounces or we are repeatedly unable to reach you on the phone number given.
Soon after you place an order, we send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been despatched to you (a "Despatch Email"). Only those goods in the Despatch Email will be included in the contract formed.
We reserve the right to hold any order due to checks made on personal details.
Explosive Nutrition's 'Order Today... Get it tomorrow' tagline does not apply whilst an order is on hold due to security checks or stock errors.
Pricing and availability
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Although we take every care to ensure all details, descriptions and prices on the Website are accurate, errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price of any goods ordered, we reserve the right to inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed with your order at the corrected price or to cancel your order or that part of your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the whole order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment for your order will be taken as soon as possible after you have completed placing your order on the Website. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is refused, we will cancel your order automatically. If the payment is flagged as high risk by the card issuer, we will phone or email you to confirm your details.
Please note that your credit card or bank statement may show our merchant name as "EXPLOSIVENUT" or "StormForward Retail".
Delivery
All orders over £50 in value will be delivered free of charge. We aim to send out all orders received before 1pm on a working day on the same day for next working day delivery. If an item is not immediately available, you will usually be notified of this on the Website at the time of placing your order. Despatch and delivery times are not guaranteed. Some areas in the Scottish Highlands may take 48 hours to reach rather than our target of 24 hours. Additional charges will be incurred for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and some regions of the Scottish Highlands. At present, we only deliver to United Kingdom addresses. Please contact us by email or phone if you are interested in ordering for delivery overseas. Note we are not able to deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.
We reserve the right to deliver your first order only to the billing address of your credit or debit card.
To ensure fast and reliable delivery all orders must be signed for on receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery company will leave a card and will attempt to deliver once more. If your order is returned to us by our delivery company because you fail to sign for or collect your items within a reasonable time-period, we will refund you the order value less a charge of £20 to cover the cost of the original delivery and the return delivery back to our warehouse.
If any goods we supply are not in perfect condition when they arrive, please inform us immediately and certainly within 48 hours by email or phone so we may offer you a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancelling an order
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have rights as a consumer when you shop online – you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing to us by letter, or by fax or email.
Returns
When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in their original packaging to our warehouse: Bramshott Chase House, Bramshott Chase, Hindhead, Surrey, GU26 6DG. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Any packaging or postage cost incurred in returning the goods is your responsibility.
When we receive the returned goods, if they have been used, altered, damaged, or are in any way unfit for resale, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the refund and will email you within 7 days describing the reasons and explaining your options.
Customer service

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays and we aim to reply to every email within one working day.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual property rights
All rights in the Website are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy the Website or any part of its content without prior written permission of the Company.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Website.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is free from viruses and defects. We cannot guarantee that the use of the Website or of third party websites linked from it will not damage your computer or its contents and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your computer or its contents as a result of your use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us. Your Statutory Rights are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions.
Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
