Terms and conditions (E&OE) are as follows,
All credit, debit, and switch cards are automatically checked to make sure they haven’t been reported lost or stolen before payment is authorised.
Post and packing
Orders upto £50.00 on a 3 to 5 day delivery are FREE (for all new customers, all repeat orders are not eligible for this offer), or upgrade to next day delivery for £4.95. Orders over £50.00 on a next day delivery are FREE (excludes weekends and bank holidays). All orders must be placed and received by 1pm. All extra discounted items (20% or more) or special offer items are excluded from free 3 to 5 day delivery.
We are happy to send to the Highlands and island including the postcodes listed here (but not exclusive to): DD, PC, PA, PH, IV, KW, HS, BT,IM, GY, JE, ZE, AB, PO (IOW only) for a charge of £9.95 per parcel upto 25kg. The £9.95 will be added manually at our office's when processing your order. Deliveries to Ireland (excluding BT postcodes) are subject to a £19.95 postage surcharge added manually at our office when processing your order. For further details please call 0800 7832 781. Unfortunately,at present we do not ship to any European Countries.
Due to the nature of cast iron weights being heavy any order weighing over 25kg will incur a postage surcharge of £9.95 per 25kg ordered this will be manually added in the office and will not show in your shopping cart.
We do not currently except or send to ANY BFPO address due to high delivery costs. Any order placed will be cancelled. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Out of Stock Items
We will always endeavour to deliver your chosen items in accordance to your sizes and flavours requirements. On the odd occasion we may be out of stock on such an item we will replace it at our discretion with a product that is as close to your chosen product as possible.
Any flavour, size or product discrepancy’s must be notified to Explosive nutrition in writing (e-mail’s accepted) within 48 hours of receiving parcel. Otherwise any later notification claims will not be upheld.
Product satisfaction
If any goods or products we supply are found not to be in 100% condition when they arrive, please inform us immediately, so we can offer you a replacement or refund. This is subject to our discretion. Any breakages or order discrepancy's need to be made by email within 48 hours of receiving your item. No claims after 7 days will be upheld.
Returns, refusal, cancellations or change of mind surcharge
If your order is retuned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign, collect, or change of mind, a surcharge of 20% plus full post and packaging cost will be incurred, to cover the cost of handling and administration.
If your parcel is returned to us because our courier has not been able to deliver because you weren't in or you missed a card or the address was incomplete or was a check address a redelivery cost £9.95 will be charged.
If you wish to return an item within 7 days of ordering, please call or email Explosive Nutrition for a returns code. Anybody failing to do this will have there returned item refused.
Refunds
If you request a return or refund a 20% surcharge plus the full cost of postage and packaging will be deducted, as these costs are heavily subsidized and therefore will be deducted if a refund is issued. This is not applicable if the goods have been reported to us faulty or damaged.
Billing and delivery addresses
Your first order with Explosive nutrition / Gymmaster leisure can only be sent to your correct registered billing address, (this is where your statements are sent to each month) and if subsequently cancelled you will incur a 20% cancellation fee. We are happy on subsequent future orders to send to a different address but only at our discretion. Orders paid by paypal will only be sent to the confirmed paypal address on your paypal account. if you want your goods sent elsewhere. ONLY pay by credit or debit card through our secure website and not paypal. All paypal unconfirmed addresses will need further clarification before being accepted. We refuse the right to not accept any order that we feel is either fraudulent or doesn't meet our online credit card security procedure as laid out by the credit card terms and condition 2008/9.
Security Information
All customers placing an order online will need to supply their home landline telephone number as part of our security check, if you fail to provide all the information required and subsequently cancel your order a 20% administration fee will be deducted from any refund given. At our discretion first time orders that are not being delivered to the billing address may require further security information. Failure to provide this information may result in your order being cancelled and a 20% handling fee being taken.
All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the UK to enable us to carry our security checks. All non UK registered cards my not be accepted OR accepted with further proof required.
