We probably wouldn't recommend just before bed as it is pure carbs and you body will ant to do something with this extra energy source and has a potential to turn straight into fat. If you have to train on an empty stomach then try taking just after workout as your body will need some energy for the rest of the day. ideally though you would want it about 20 mins before workout sot hat you have enough energy to keep going through the workout - Do you find this question helpful?
