Baked according to their own recipe, using high quality ingredients, RJ Flapjacks are firm, moist and delicious, plus they'll withstand a beating in the bottom of your gym bag!

These flapjacks are all suitable for vegetarians, plus the original and raspberry flavoured ones are also suitable for vegans.

The RJ Flapjacks are big and filling at 145g minimum, some weigh more. They are very tasty, and at these prices, great value.
Highly recommended.
The only thing is, I like them too much and am afraid to purchase as I want to eat 2 or 3 a day, which is not good for my figure. (Posted on 05/07/2011)

These chocolate flapjacks are really nice but they are 145g bars so...
fat = 32g
protein = 11.75g
Carbs = 86g
Energy = 677kcals

...about the same as just normal chocolate or cake really. these will make you gain weight fast. don't eat too many. (Posted on 06/01/2011)

Hands down the best flapjacks I have ever had. There is no substitute folks! Train hard and eat better :)

At the time of writing this review, the R&J flapjacks are priced only at 12.99 per case of 24! Irresistible value!
