I've been using CLA-1000 for 4 weeks in conjunction with Maxi-EFA and so far I've lost 5lbs. I've been sticking to the same heavy weights down the gym to preserve muscle size but mixing in some high intensity CV sessions too. My muscles look more defined and I haven't really noticed any reduction in muscle size so far. If you're looking to shed a few pounds and get some definition then this is worth a look. Good product, however to get any benefit you have to be exercising as well as dieting. I got blase and stopped exercising for a while and all weight loss stopped, despite a strict diet. Started exercising again and it started to fall off once more. Not rocket science really. (Posted on 05/04/2010)
