I like quite a few of them: Myoplex chocolate and Maximuscle, but Reflex One Stop is my favorite. Despite some of the other reviews i actually find the taste ok, what I have found though is that 2 or 2.5 scoops in a normal size shaker with water works best for me. I don't like the taste when it's mixed with skimmed milk and I find I end up feeling bloated that way - but mixing it with water works perfectly for me. I'll keep buying this one. I have only had 3 shakes of this due to the taste. I had Choc and it isn't sweet enough, it's has a chalky aftertaste and a bit bitter. I feel bloated halfway through and struggle to finish it.
