Hi all! i've used this for a while now and loving it. i gained a fair amount of size in 1 and a half months and had a lot more definition than i thought i could ever get. i don't get bloated from it and when mixed with water it has a great taste and lovely milkshake-like texture. all in all its an enjoyable supplement all round. to me BSN has another winner in my books.Price Value Quality
i admit that it is one of the "pricier" products on the market but when it comes to the results and quality delivered, it has seriously high value for money.

As far as the overall product goes it seems good. It tastes nice, mixes well to become nice and smooth. I'm not sure on the performance of it yet as I've only had it a week.Price Value Quality
My biggest issue is the calories and fat in it. I was using Maximuscle Promax before which has less fat, less calories and more protein in per scoop. As I'm dieting at the same time to cut some weight I have had to shuffle my whole diet around to compensate for the extra calories and fat in Syntha 6.

as detailed in my previous review i am relatively new to the supplement world, however this gives me a good perspective of products out there as i can remember previous products. i had tried a normal labelled "whey" protein and found it to be 'fad' worthy.Value Quality Price
i bought syntha 6 after being converted by cellmass, and once i found out my optimum dosage time i realised it's impact on me.
initially i would just drink it a lunch and that was it, but after reading online about how the body uses and stores protein i took a different approach. i now take syntha 6 precisely one hour after a workout, as i noticed taking it straight away made me feel like my stomach was angry at me for chucking 600ml of fluid into it after finishing training. i researched the bodys ways of taking in nutrients, and i found a lot of doctors and nutritionists say there is a window of 30 mins to give the body protein after a workout, but the window is most effective an hour after training, i have to say they are right.
i also take some right before bed , as the body can also use protein when asleep to aid with muscle regeneration and repair.

Thanks for your enquiry.
There are no ingredients in this product that would indicate otherwise, so this product does indeed seem fine for vegetarians. The only supplements that tend to be unsuitable for vegetarians are those in capsules (which are made of gelatine in some cases).
