Anyway back to the bars, having tasted some pretty awful bars in the past especially the high protein variety I have to be honest and say these taste absolutely.....................................brilliant and not heavy on the old gut neither which is surprising with 40g of protein!!!

Excellent good tasting bars, low net carbs so great for any atkin dieters out there, also a very tasty bar to get you started before a workout or even afterwards as a top up, price could be a little better, but you pay for what you get so overall I am extremely happy.
